Refund

All VI TRI, INC events have the following policy:
In 2021 all event entry fees are fully refundable in the unlikely event the race is canceled due to COVID. You will receive a 50% refund of event entry fees for cancelation before November 12th for any other reason. No refunds after November 12th.

Transfer

Entry transfer up to 7 days before the event: $49 transfer fee
How do I transfer an Entry? Click here. Note that transferred participants will receive the t-shirt size of the original participant.

Event Cancellation

VI TRI, INC reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if circumstances beyond the control of the organizers should arise. This includes cancellation of event due to extreme weather, acts of God, violence, civil disobedience, war or other unforeseen occurrence that would present a danger to participants, families and/or spectators.

*If the event is cancelled we will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that have been or may be incurred. We will do our best to keep you up-to-date at all times, but we do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you. If the event is cancelled we will endeavor to adjust and/or reschedule if possible, and transfer all entries to the new date.
